Former Principal Advisor, Financial System Inquiry, Australia
Camille Blackburn is a regulatory expert and director with broad experience in regulation and financial systems applied in both the public and corporate sectors.
Camille was head of investment banking at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission over the Global Financial Crisis and was a principal advisor to the Australian Government’s Financial System Inquiry in 2014 with a particular interest in cross border regulation and financial services innovation issues. She has also held senior regulatory roles in banking, other financial organisations, and in the Public Service.
She holds a law degree, master of commerce, is member of the Institute of Company Directors in Australia and in UK, and is currently undertaking higher study in international law at the London School of Economics.
